The Current Procedural Terminology ( CPT® ) Editorial Panel meets three times each year to review applications to establish new, or modify existing, codes. The CPT Editorial Panel is composed of representatives from medical and other professional societies who will review these submissions and determine whether code changes will be approved, denied, or delayed.
